We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Site Leader and Fulfillment Center Operations team. The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. You must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously.





Key job responsibilities
Photocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes, making travel arrangements.
Creating presentations using graphics.
Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, plan events, and coordinate meetings and events for our Fulfillment Center.
Leading Daily Operational meetings as needed and document follow up actions.
Curate key documents for the Site.

Basic Qualifications
2+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
High school or equivalent
