Evernest seeks an ambitious accounting leader to own the books across our client segments—Retail SFR, Institutional SFR, and Multifamily. This remote, full-time independent contractor role is based in Mexico, with compensation of $75,000–$100,000 USD per year plus a 10% annual incentive.
You will report to the COO and shape the close process for a growing property portfolio. You will lead a team of ~25 US-based and international accountants, implement AI-enabled workflows, and partner with
