Job Description

As a Cloud Network Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our cloud network architecture to ensure high availability, scalability, and security. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud-based solutions and optimize network performance while aligning with our strategic goals and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Network Design: Develop and implement comprehensive cloud network architectures, including virtual networks, subnets, and routing strategies, to support our applications and services.
Infrastructure Management: Oversee the deployment and management of cloud networking resources, including load balancers, VPNs, and firewalls, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Security and Compliance: Design and enforce network security policies and practices, including encryption, access controls, and threat detection, to safeguard data and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Performance Optimization: Monitor network performance and implement optimization strategies to enhance throughput, reduce latency, and ensure a seamless user experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps, software engineering,



and IT teams to integrate cloud network solutions with application deployments and infrastructure management practices.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems, performance bottlenecks, and security incidents, to maintain uninterrupted service.
Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed documentation for network designs, configurations, and processes. Provide regular reports on network performance, incidents, and improvements.
Innovation: Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends, and recommend new tools and approaches to improve network architecture and performance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus, such as AWS Certified Advanced Networking
Specialty, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, or equivalent cloud/networking certifications.
Qualifications
