Outlier is seeking engineers to join a remote, LATAM-friendly program that trains AI models to generate and evaluate code. You will review AI-generated code, rate model responses across accuracy and instruction-following, and craft CS questions to challenge AI systems.

Applicants should have a CS degree and live production experience, plus strong English and meticulous attention to detail. This is a 1099 contracting role with versátil, remote work across Latin America.
