About the role
Established Delivery Assurance professional. Executes tracking and shipping processes. Enhances systems and implements process improvements to ensure on-time delivery.

Key responsibilities:
Works to achieve delivery assurance objectives.
Executes process improvements and works with delivery assurance systems.
Communicates with other departments with regard to meeting customer requirements.
Maintains timely delivery of all materials required for the production of assigned components.
Manages shipments and coordinates with sub-process suppliers and technical assistance to ensure on-time delivery, and to identify root causes that impacts on-time delivery.
GR/IR Reconciliation & Auditing: Actively investigating and correcting daily GR number allocation errors before they turn into payment blocks.
Invoice Pipeline Tracking: Owning a master tracker for all NA and MX invoices to ensure they move smoothly from receipt to "ready for payment."
Root-Cause Analysis: Identifying recurring systemic errors within the local AP workflow to prevent future mismatches.
Direct Escalation Point: Serving as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the NA and MX teams, ensuring urgent issues are resolved within a 24-hour SLA.





Minimum Requirements
Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
University Degree or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience
