CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Bilingual | Manufacturing Industry | Nogales, Sonora

A leading manufacturing company in Nogales, Sonora is looking for an experienced Customer Service Rep

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Serve as a key escalation point for customer issues and critical situations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Oversee customer orders, forecasts, requirements, and delivery commitments.
- Monitor customer service performance and ensure timely Coordinate
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers.
- Monitor and improve Customer Service KPIs and performance metrics.
- Analyze customer trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business,



Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English / Bilingual – required.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, preferably within the manufacturing / maquiladora industry.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of order management, customer requirements, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience working with international customers is a plus.
