About the role: We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Leader to own and scale the end-to-end partnership funnel across Mexico and LATAM. This role will focus on developing strategic alliances with organizations across operational industries to support large-scale real-world data collection initiatives for AI and technology companies.

The adecuado candidate is highly strategic, relationship-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments. This person will play a key role in expanding market presence, building long-term partnerships, and identifying scalable operational opportunities that drive business growth and data infrastructure expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand operational workflows and identify scalable data collection opportunitieswithin partner organizations.
- Identify and secure partnerships with companies across agriculture, logistics, manufacturing, retail, mobility, and other operational industries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partner companies and industry leaders.
- Structure strategic partnership agreements aligned with operational goals and business objectives.
- Develop strong market visibility and strategic presence across Mexico and LATAM.
- Identify, prioritize, and attend key industry tradeshows and events to generate qualified pipeline and partnership opportunities.




- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal operational and leadership teams to support partnership execution and deployment.
- Track partnership performance, activation timelines, and operational outcomes.
- Build scalable partnership processes and contribute to ecosystem growth strategies.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, ecosystem building, or related commercial leadership roles.
- Experience within manufacturing, logistics, innovation-driven, or operational industries preferred.
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to operate internationally and build cross-border partnerships.
- Experience navigating high-growth and fast-paced business environments.
- High ownership mentality with a strong results-driven mindset.
- B2 to C1 English proficiency.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Mexican Law Benefits.
- $30,000 MXN gross monthly salary
- + 22% quarterly bonus.
