Assembly Process Engineer JR to join our Process Engineering team.

The position will support the development, implementation, and improvement of assembly processes, working closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other related departments.

Requirements

- Conversational English and Spanish (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Basic knowledge of process improvement and problem-solving.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to commute to Marín, Nuevo León.

Main Responsibilities

- Support the development, implementation, and improvement of assembly processes.
- Analyze production process issues and follow up on improvement actions.
- Prepare and update work instructions and process documentation.
- Provide technical support to the Production team.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.




- Monitor process-related indicators and improvement activities.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to improve process efficiency and productivity.
- Support the implementation of new processes and production improvements.
