The idóneo candidate has a basic understanding of accounting principles, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with general ledger entries and maintain accurate accounting records.

- Support bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

- Assist with month-end closing activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

- Maintain financial documentation and fixed asset records.

- Assist in preparing financial reports and account schedules.

- Support audit requests and provide documentation as needed.





- Collaborate with the Finance team on administrative and accounting tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, completed or in progress.
- 6 months to 2 years of accounting experience; internships and recent graduates are welcome.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial records.
- Basic-to-intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.
