Security Operations Center Manager GSOC Bilingual

Lead a 24 7 Security Operations Center for national and international clients. Youll manage supervisors and operators, own SLAs and KPIs, and be the executive voice to clients in English.

ABOUT INTERCON SECURITY
InterCon is a general security company with nationwide operations in Mexico. Our Security Operations Center monitors field personnel, geofences and alarm systems in real time to protect our clients people, facilities and assets.

WHAT YOULL DO
Run the SOC and ensure continuous 24 7 coverage with a solid shift and relief structure.
Set monitoring guidelines for field officers, geofences, alarms and security alerts.
Define priority criteria, escalation matrices, responsetime targets and contractspecific procedures.
Manage critical incidents and ensure proper followup, documentation and closure.
Be the executive point of contact for clients, security leads and operations managers, in English and Spanish.
Ensure SLA and SOP compliance and respond to client requests and reports.
Lead supervisors and operators goals, staffing, training, coverage and performance reviews.
Design and analyze KPIs response times, alert volume, resolutions, escalations, false alarms and record quality.
Prepare executive reports, analyze trends and lead corrective and preventive actions.




Work with technical teams on platform issues and technology improvements.
Manage continuity plans for system failures, communication outages and operational contingencies.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Security, Criminology, Engineering, IT or related fields.
Advanced English, spoken and written required.
4 years of experience in security operations, monitoring centers, dispatch, incident management or 24 7 environments.
Proven experience leading teams and managing supervisors.
Knowledge of geolocation, geofencing, alarm systems and escalation protocols.
Experience with KPIs, executive reporting, process improvement and client management.

Experience leading bilingual contact center, dispatch or GPS monitoring operations is also valued. If youve run a 24 7 operation with shifts, SLAs and escalations, we want to hear from you.

This is a physical security monitoring role, not a cybersecurity position.
