Manage and record fixed asset transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, transfers, work in progress WIP, capitalization, and depreciation, in accordance with Mexican accounting standards NIF and applicable tax rules.
Maintain and ensure accuracy of the Fixed Assets Register, including classifications, useful lives, reconciliations, and asset tracking.
Perform and coordinate annual physical inventories of fixed assets and support asset verification and tagging.
Support asset disposals and auctions, ensuring proper accounting and documentation.
Execute monthly and yearend closing activities related to fixed assets, including depreciation runs, reconciliations, accruals, and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, SAT requirements, and applicable accounting and tax regulations.
Support internal and external audits by preparing and validating fixed asset documentation and reconciliations.
Strengthen internal controls over asset management and recommend process improvements.




Support VATrelated accounting and fixed asset tax treatment when applicable desirable.
Provide support to ERP users and participate in system updates or improvements related to accounting and fixed assets.
Provide timely support to internal stakeholders regarding fixed asset and accounting matters.
Support Accounts Payable activities when required, ensuring proper documentation and fiscal compliance CFDI, tax requirements.
Participate in improvement initiatives and projects within the Accounting function.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting Coordinator.
