We are seeking a detailoriented Customer Service Representative to manage incoming calls and inquiries. In this role, you will assess customer needs, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver bestinclass service related to order status, returns, and product inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact by attending inbound calls promptly and professionally.
Communicate with external and internal customers to ensure ontime order delivery.
Accurately take and enter sales orders with a high attention to detail.
Assist customers, sales representatives, and team members with inquiries, complex issues, and requests.
Research and process return authorizations and credits.




Provide accurate and timely responses to customer communications via phone or chat.

Qualifications

English Business fluent or native proficiency.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer support role.
Strong computer skills ERP and CRM experience is an advantage.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to interact with company executives.
Teamoriented, proactive mindset, and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
