Role Description The Controller will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency for the Tijuana, BCN site. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, and monitoring cost structures and variances. The role must be hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to develop into a broader finance leadership position. The individual should be comfortable diving into cost calculations, variance analysis, SMC reporting, inventory controls, and operational finance support while serving as a trusted business partner to the Plant Manager and operations team. The Controller will collaborate closely with operations, procurement, and management teams to provide financial insights, optimize performance, and support strategic initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tijuana, BCN. Qualifications
• Strong financial accounting and reporting skills, including experience with general ledger management and preparation of financial statements.




• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support cost control and performance improvement.
• Knowledge of internal controls, compliance standards, and audit procedures, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with ERP or financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional master degree is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working cross-functionally and supporting non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in Tijuana, BCN, and to operate in a multicultural, international corporate environment; English and Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
