Qualifications Required
• 5–7+ years of experience in product management, or software engineering with a strong technical focus.
• Proven ability to write epics, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong background in Java Backend or Java Fullstack development, with solid understanding of application architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud concepts.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with roadmap.
• Act as Product Owner during agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Experience in technical collaboration with Architects, Program Managers, business functions etc.
• Proven experience owning and delivering technical products, platforms, APIs, or shared services.
• Strong understanding of modern software development, including microservices, APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and distributed systems.
• Experience delivering products from concept to launch in agile or hybrid environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •
