We are seeking an accomplished Plant Manager to lead a large-scale automotive manufacturing operation with 4,000+ employees. We are looking for a strategic, results-driven leader with extensive experience in plant management, operational excellence, and the development of high-performing teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead overall plant operations, ensuring performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.
• Drive operational excellence, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and promote a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Manage operational budgets, KPIs, and strategic business objectives.
• Optimize manufacturing processes, workforce utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with automotive customer requirements and applicable quality standards.
• Strengthen employee engagement, leadership development,



and labor relations. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Plant Manager in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience leading large-scale manufacturing operations and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, operational KPIs, and cost management.
• Automotive manufacturing experience; automotive sewing operations experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop leadership teams and deliver sustainable business results.
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
• English proficiency according to business requirements.
