Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SQL Server database administration, with a strong focus on SQL Server 2019 and later versions.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience supporting and managing SQL Server Always On availability groups and clustering.
• Proven expertise in SQL Server performance tuning, including both platform-level optimization and T-SQL query/code tuning.
• Extensive operational support experience across Azure PaaS and IaaS environments, as well as on-premises SQL Server platforms.
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience migrating SQL Server databases from on-premises to Azure (rehost, refactor, or re-architect approaches).
• Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to proactively manage projects end-to-end and effectively engage with stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and/or Confluent Kafka platforms is a strong plus.
