We're looking for a Sr. Java Backend Engineer to join a high-impact FinTech project. This role is adecuado for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, designing scalable backend services, and collaborating with experienced development teams.
Requirements:
• Advanced English.
• 8+ years of Java Backend development.
• Strong Spring Boot & Microservices experience.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Software Design principles.
• Experience building REST APIs and enterprise backend applications.
• AWS experience (EC2, ECS, Lambda or similar).
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and ORM (Hibernate/JPA).
• CI/CD experience (Git, Jenkins, Pull Requests, Code Reviews).
• Strong backend engineering mindset.
• Ownership mentality.
• Passion for solving complex technical challenges.
• Experience delivering features from design to production.
