Role Description The Marketing Communications Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Mexico City. This role focuses on developing and executing marketing communications initiatives that support brand awareness, stakeholder engagement, and business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and editing press releases, preparing media materials, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels. The Specialist will manage content for corporate communications, support public relations campaigns, and assist in planning events or announcements that strengthen the organization’s reputation. The role also involves monitoring communication performance, maintaining media contact lists, and ensuring that all messaging aligns with the organization’s strategic communication goals. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Marketing Communications and Strategic Communications to develop and implement integrated communication plans.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills,



including the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess experience creating and managing Press Releases, including media distribution and follow-up with journalists or outlets.
• Candidates should possess Public Relations skills to support media outreach, relationship-building with stakeholders, and reputation management.
• Relevant qualifications include proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish, strong organizational and project management abilities, and attention to detail.
• Experience with digital communication tools, social media platforms, and editing software for content.
• A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, work on-site in Mexico City, and manage multiple projects under deadlines is required.
