Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirementsCapture information in payroll systems.
Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations.
Monitor case reception and release ensuring SLA complianceEnsure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and deliveryResponsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issuesDeliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIsConciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation Qualifications Who Are We Looking For?
• BS Degree in a related field
• English
