Marketing Manager (Amazon) | Laser Sight Digital Remote, full-time | Arizona hours (MST), Mon–Fri, 8 AM–4 PM Laser Sight Digital is a boutique Amazon agency based in Phoenix, Arizona. We run full management (PPC, listing/SEO optimization, creative, and more) for established brands on Amazon and Walmart. We also offer TikTok Shop Management, and Shopify CRO + Google Ads Management. Marketing Managers own the client relationship and run a pod of specialists to deliver results. You will carry a book of 9–12 client accounts, lead a team of 3+ specialists (PPC, SEO, Graphic Design, Amazon Support), and work directly with the founder. This role is for an Amazon operator who has managed PPC with their own hands, knows exactly what makes a listing and image stack convert, and is equally strong in front of clients. If you have only coordinated other people's work, or only worked inside an ad console without client-facing ownership, this is not the right fit. What You Will Own 1. Client Relationship Management
• Own a book of 9–12 client accounts (primarily Amazon, some multi-channel) as their single point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls: set the agenda, present reporting, explain what moved and why, and agree on next steps.
• Handle all client email communication with clear, fast, accurate responses.
• Define and track client KPIs: YoY total sales growth, ROAS, TACoS, and ad spend to sales.
• Manage difficult conversations, including performance dips, budget pushback, and expectation resets, while keeping the client confident and retained. 2. Amazon Strategy and Quality Control
• PPC: Set strategy for each account and review your PPC specialist's work against Amazon best practices, including campaign structure and segmentation, search term harvesting and negation, bid and placement strategy, budget pacing, and wasted spend. Your PPC specialist runs the day-to-day changes, but you must be able to step in and do hands-on PPC work yourself when needed: launches, restructures, urgent fixes, and coverage.
• Listing/SEO: Review and approve titles, bullets, backend keywords, and A+ content. Know how listing relevance, keyword indexing, and conversion rate feed PPC performance.
• Creative: You will not design images, but you must know what makes a strong Amazon image stack versus a weak one,

what each image slot needs to do, and how to differentiate a client's listing from its top competitors. You will brief and approve your designer's work before sending it to the client for their approval.
• Testing: Run a continuous testing program on every account. Main image tests, secondary image tests, and title/copy tests (Manage Your Experiments and controlled tests) are always running, read on CTR and CVR, and acted on.
• Programs: Effectively manage Amazon programs such as Brand Tailored Promotions, Creator Connections, and more.
• Forecast ad budgets and sales for each account. 3. Pod and Project Management
• Lead a pod of 3+ specialists across PPC, SEO, Graphic Design, and Amazon Support.
• Run all client work in ClickUp: create and assign tasks, set deadlines, keep boards current, and make sure nothing stalls.
• Review and approve every deliverable before it goes live or goes to the client.
• Follow up on missed deadlines immediately and escalate blockers early. 4. Growth
• Grow client sales on Amazon through the strategy above. You are measured on YoY total sales growth, ROAS, ad spend to sales, and client retention. Requirements
• 2+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, with multiple accounts managed directly.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon listing optimization and SEO (keyword research, indexing, title/bullet structure, A+ content). Hands-on experience is a plus, but you must be able to judge what makes a listing rank and convert, and direct a specialist to improve it.
• A strong eye for Amazon creative: image stack strategy, competitive positioning, and conversion-focused design direction.
• Understanding of how to run image and copy tests on Amazon (Manage Your Experiments or controlled tests) and how to make decisions from CTR and CVR data.

• 1+ years in a client-facing role at an agency or brand, including leading client calls and reporting.
• Experience managing or directing a team of specialists.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and 55+ WPM typing.
• Knows how to use AI (Claude or ChatGPT) to analyze data and improve output
• Comfortable in ClickUp (or a similar PM tool), Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Nice to have: Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Data Dive, or similar; Walmart, Google, or Meta Ads experience; Amazon Advertising certifications. Working at LSD
• Put in the work: This is not a clock-in, clock-out role. Most weeks are 40 hours, but high-volume weeks run 45–50. Pay is a fixed monthly salary, with no overtime.
• Consistent communication: Convey information clearly, accurately, and with purpose to clients and your team.
• Ownership: Your book is your business. Nobody should have to chase you.
• Learning: Amazon changes constantly, so you will be expected to keep learning, and we give you the resources to do it.
• Bias for action: When something is broken, you fix it or escalate it the same day. Benefits
• 15 days PTO plus 9 US federal holidays (24 days total).
• Permanent remote work.
• Access to the LSD SOP library, continuing education, and courses.
• We are constantly developing AI tools to help with your role
• A growth path as the agency scales. Setup Requirements
• Must work Arizona hours (MST, UTC-7, no daylight saving), Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM.
• Dual monitors and a computer with at least 16GB RAM.
• Internet of at least 25 Mbps, plus a backup connection (mobile hotspot or second ISP).
• Backup power (UPS or generator) to cover outages.
• A quiet workspace with a quality headset and webcam for client calls. Hiring Process
• Application form (about 10 minutes)
• Call 1 (30–40 minutes): background, goals, and a short live listing review
• Call 2 (about 90 minutes): live Amazon exercises (listing teardown, PPC review) and a client call role-play
• Reference checks and offer To apply fill out the Google Form: [https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScIQ5MlI4zm2-BFc2NJU_A0eteePkk9_HRP0gioxmKyxdtJaA/viewform?usp=sharing&ouid;=110747763179663654259]
