Responsibilities The Opportunity The R&D; System Admin Analyst role will be primarily focused on the Specification System Administration, Business Process and Training enablement for R&D; priorities. The team works across R&D; to ensure alignment of R&D; resources and investments to R&D;’s strategic priorities. Provides direct management system administration and business process support and training to innovation and legacy specifications writers, R&D; disciplines (Regulatory Affairs, Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Measurement Sciences, etc.) and other cross-functional partners (IT), enabling delivery for R&D; AOP projects. Functions as a gatekeeper for proprietary user security for regional security rights. Provides analysis, assessment, and recommendations to business partners. Ensures consistent data management and document distribution practices across R&D; Foods portfolio.

Requirements:

Education:
A bachelor’s degree or higher in a science, technology, engineering field is preferred
• English

• The responsibilities associated with the role require a solid foundation in scientific and technical methodologies, critical thinking, quantitative analysis, and structured problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar applications
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI etc.
• Nice to have:




• Database management experience (i.e., SAP, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, Product Vision, Azure DevOps).
• System/software implementation including User Acceptance Testing experience.
