As a Procurement Buyer II here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in managing and executing procurement and purchasing activities to support our business operations. You will ensure efficient purchasing processes, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals while collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will report directly to our Procurement Manager and you’ll work out of our Juarez, Mexico location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of Honeywell's supply chain by managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely procurement of quality materials and services. Responsibilities
• Manage the purchasing process from identifying procurement needs through supplier selection, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Evaluate and select suppliers by conducting due diligence, negotiating terms, and securing cost-effective, high-quality purchases.
• Monitor procurement costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation to support business objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and responsive supply chain, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant regulations, internal policies, and quality standards, maintaining accurate records.
• Utilize procurement software and analytics tools to enhance purchasing processes, monitoring, and reporting. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE




• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management with a strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier relations.
• Proven to secure favorable terms and cost savings.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools to manage purchasing activities efficiently.
• Knowledge of cost control strategies and supplier performance evaluation. WE VALUE
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• SAP management preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
