Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate client problems into clear, buildable requirements. You’ll sit between clients, product team, and engineers: running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring what we ship solves the problem.
You’ll work across client builds, maintenance engagements, and Bluelight's internal products, helping scope and estimate new projects while aligning with business goals and quality standards.
