- Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accurate, timely information is available for decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance across the region and highlight relevant trends for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate planning and forecasting activities to support regional business priorities.
- Work with Accounting & Finance colleagues to maintain reliable financial data and reporting processes.
- Analyze regional financial results and turn findings into practical information for the business.
- Contribute to the improvement of finance processes that strengthen consistency across Mexico and Central America.




- Provide financial input for regional initiatives and help align financial plans with operational needs.

Perfil buscado

A successful Regional Finance Manager - Mex & Ca should have:

- Speak fluent 100% English.
- Have a degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Have a master's degree
- Strong capability in regional financial management and reporting.
- Experience preparing, reviewing and interpreting financial information.
- Have proven experience in working capital management.
- Ability to analyze financial performance and communicate clear findings.
- Knowledge of planning and forecasting processes.
- Experience working with accounting and finance teams.
- Ability to manage finance activities across Mexico and Central America.
