We're looking for a driven and detail-obsessed Talent Acquisition Coordinator, LATAM who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do

- Support and partner with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews of Professional vacancies ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Accountable for tracking completion of pre-employment vetting for candidates and support hiring and pre onboarding processes for new hires.
- Support with miscellaneous projects related to recruitment.
- Triage inquiries and connect employees to the right subject matter expert when necessary.
- Process contractor conversion offers in Workday as needed.
- General administrative work as needed.

What You'll Bring

- Bachelor's degree , with at least one year of relevant experience, including internships in Human Resources or Recruitment.
- Highly organized
