Position: HR - Sales Compensation Associate

What You'll Be Doing:

- Support the HR Sales Compensation Analysts with information regarding the sales plans.
- Maintain and update compensation information pertinent to each division.
- Support the verified accuracy and timeliness of payments; submit this information to payroll as requested.
- Answer questions from sales employees regarding compensation.
- Support activities needed for the development, implementation and administration of incentive programs and policies.
- Manage Workday reports.

What We Are Looking For:

- Previous experience in related area
- Advanced Excel skills are non-negotiable.
- Proven effective verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English is required; all applications must be submitted in English).




- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, problem solving skills, analytical skills.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$19,991.67 - $23,500.00 MXN Monthly Presente compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
