The role is based in Tlalnepantla, Mexico (on-site role), with a preferred schedule of Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Your potential is our inspiration.Where You'll Make a DifferenceSupport fragrance evaluation sessions and develop the ability to smell, classify, compare, and describe fragrancesExplore fragrance families, ingredients, key market references, and emerging olfactive trendsSupport Scent Design Managers throughout fragrance development projects, from client briefs to fragrance selection and submissionContribute to inspiration searches, benchmarking activities, mood boards, fragrance collections, and creative presentationsResearch consumer trends, fragrance preferences, cultural movements, and emerging olfactive directionsAssist with project trackers, fragrance samples, evaluation materials, and project follow-up activitiesSupport the organization, classification, and maintenance of the fragrance bankCollaborate with Scent Design, Perfumery,



and cross-functional teams throughout the fragrance development processWhat Makes You the Right FitCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy, Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Fragrance/Perfumery, Marketing, Design, Consumer Science, or a related fieldStrong interest in fragrance, beauty, creativity, and consumer trendsInterest in developing olfactive sensitivity, fragrance vocabulary, and evaluation skillsCreative mindset with an interest in storytelling and conceptual thinkingStrong organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communication, collaboration, and presentation skillsProactive, curious, and open to feedback, with a strong willingness to learnIntermediate to advanced English proficiencyHow Would You Stand Out?
