IVEMSA is seeking an experienced Dispatcher with a strong background in freight brokerage to join our growing team in Mexicali, Baja California.
You will coordinate loads, work with carriers, negotiate rates, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.In this role, you will manage multiple loads, resolve operational issues, and communicate effectively with customers and drivers in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of U.S. freight operations is a plus.
