Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers for Mérida to shape how AI understands and generates code. You will build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code, training AI systems to think like developers.
The role is fully remote contract work with adaptable hours, requiring strong engineering instincts and the ability to reason clearly about code. You will review AI outputs, provide expert feedback, and design prompts to stress-test AI capabilities.
