About the Role

Our client, WhatJobs Direct, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Químico Farmacéutico Analítico Senior to join their dynamic team in Toluca, State of Mexico . This is a critical role focused on ensuring the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products through rigorous analytical testing. The adecuado candidate will possess a strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles, regulatory guidelines, and laboratory best practices. You will play a pivotal role in method development, validation, and routine testing, contributing directly to our client's commitment to excellence in the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities

- Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using various techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, dissolution).
- Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods in accordance with regulatory requirements (e.g., USP, EP, NOM).
- Analyze and interpret test results, documenting all activities accurately in laboratory notebooks and electronic systems.
- Troubleshoot analytical instrumentation and methods to ensure reliable and accurate results.
- Prepare and review analytical reports,



specifications, and validation protocols.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Collaborate with R&D;, production, and quality assurance departments to resolve quality issues.
- Mentor and train junior analytical chemists.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical analytical development and quality control.
- Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, spectrophotometry, and dissolution testing.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA, COFEPRIS) and pharmacopoeias (USP, EP, JP, BP).
- Experience with method validation and transfer.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and scientific report writing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a regulated environment.
- Knowledge of LIMS and Empower software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish.
