Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of payroll experience in Mexico.
Strong knowledge of Mexican payroll legislation and labor regulations.
Advanced Excel skills
Experience using ADP payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
Strong analytical, organizational, and customer service skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities
Process payroll accurately and timely for hourly and salaried employees.
Ensure correct calculation of taxes, deductions, benefits, and statutory payments.
Maintain compliance with Mexican labor, tax, IMSS, and INFONAVIT regulations.
Resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies for employees and managers.
Prepare payroll reports, audits, and year-end government filings.
Support the Payroll Manager and provide backup leadership when required.
