and escalation processesKnowledge of ITIL Incident & Request Management practicesExperience with ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or similar ITSM toolsStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work in a rotating 24/7 operational environmentNice to HaveExperience supporting enterprise environments and critical incidentsKnowledge Management, Post-Incident Reviews, and Continuous Improvement experienceWhy Join?
