You will play a crucial role in helping innovative businesses scale by finding the talent they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles within startups and scale-ups, often in fast-paced tech environments.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates for roles such as engineers, product managers, designers, and growth marketers.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screening and interviews, assessing not only skills but also cultural fit and adaptability within dynamic company cultures.
- Partner closely with founders and hiring managers in early-stage companies to understand their unique needs and talent vision.
- Utilize a range of recruitment platforms, social media, and networking strategies to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines, ensure timely communication, and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay informed about the startup ecosystem, emerging trends, and talent acquisition best practices for growth-stage companies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and methodologies within the consultancy.

Requirements

- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong preference for experience working with startups, scale-ups, or in the tech industry.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a variety of roles, including technical and business functions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and candidate sourcing
