As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex challenges, build meaningful client relationships, and guide junior team members while deepening your technical skills and professional judgement.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will support ERP security, business process controls, and IT General Controls assessments, while helping clients understand leading practice recommendations during transformation efforts.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing SAP transformation workstreams to identify risks, control gaps, and process impacts across business and technology functionsSupporting ERP security, access control,



and IT controls assessments throughout system transformation engagementsReviewing business process changes and control design to identify weaknesses and recommend practical remediation optionsInterpreting client data and process documentation to develop insights that inform control testing and transformation decisionsCoordinating assigned deliverables across project activities while managing priorities and deadlinesDeveloping meaningful client relationships by responding to questions, clarifying requirements, and communicating progressGuiding junior team members on control testing steps, documentation standards, and issue trackingApplying knowledge of SAP GRC, SAP ERP, and related business applications to support risk and control evaluationsContributing to discussions on process improvement, security control assessment, and SOX compliance activitiesMaintaining awareness of the broader engagement objectives and adapting to changing client needs and system requirementsWhat You Must HaveBachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Science, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Accounting & Technology, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics and/or other relevant degreeAt least 2 years of experienceOral and written proficiency in English requiredWhat Sets You ApartSAP transformation experience supporting audit and assurance engagementsSAP ERP, GRC, HCM, SCM, or DBMS knowledgeSupporting client relationships across complex, changing situationsInterpreting data to inform recommendations and insightsApplying critical thinking to complex concepts and deliverablesMentoring junior team members while managing assigned workstreamsTravel RequirementsUp to 20%
