Resolv General is seeking experienced Trainers to join a growing, fully remote healthcare BPO supporting a US-based program.
You will engage learners, explain processes, identify knowledge gaps, and prepare customer experience representatives to perform confidently in a live healthcare environment.You'll deliver virtual training, adapt to different learning styles, monitor progress, and coach learners.
Bilingual English–Spanish proficiency and U.S. business hours are required.
