In this role, you will conduct engineering tests, prepare equipment and prototypes, document results, and assist in identifying product issues.




You will work closely with engineers and supervisors while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, laboratory KPI achievement, and the implementation of digital tools and AI solutions in testing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Associate Engineer, Test & Validation, you'll be responsible for:Conduct engineering tests in accordance with established procedures.Prepare equipment, instruments, prototypes, and samples for testing.Record and document test results in official reports.Assist in identifying defects during the execution of tests.Comply with EH&S;, 5S, and laboratory safety guidelines, and participate in laboratory continuous improvement projects.Provide support to engineers/supervisors and utilize digital tools and artificial intelligence for laboratory activities.RequirementsWe are looking for people who are proactive.As a Minimum You Must HaveME, MA, MT, IE, EEC or similar.Basic laboratory testingBasic instrumentation and weldingBasic electricity and electronics Internal proceduressafety standardsEnglish Microsoft Office & Copilot0 to 3 years in laboratory work, engineering testing, and/or engineering projectsBenefitsWe offer a competitive total rewards package that may include other benefits and well-being programs.
