We are looking for a Front Desk & Facilities Analyst to be the first point of contact for our team, clients, and visitors.
This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily office operations while creating a welcoming and professional environment.This is an Analyst role, aimed to candidates with no more than 4 years of experience in the mentioned experience.
This role is not related with manufacture or sales.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors, vendors, and internal staff in a professional and courteous mannerManage incoming calls, correspondence, mail, and deliveriesCoordinate meeting room bookings and oversee office supply managementProvide administrative support to different departmentsSupport vehicle-related documentation and coordination (driving skills are a plus)Maintain office organization, cleanliness,



and compliance with workplace standardsAct as liaison for facility maintenance and visitor access controlMonitor payments related to corporate services and amenitiesSupport coordination and administrative tracking of corporate travelOversee administrative support for expatriate employees (housing, documentation, general needs).
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Administration or a related fieldMaximum 2 -3 years of experience in administrative or front desk roles in corporate environment.
