Fanatics Collect is building its first engineering hub in Mexico City. As People and Workplace Lead, you will spearhead HR operations, onboarding, and day-to-day employee relations for a growing CDMX team, starting with launch readiness and moving to a full HR support function.
You will partner with integral People Ops and Legal to ensure LFT compliance, fair practices, and a positive office culture as the hub scales to 40+ staff across engineering, data, design, and product.
