This is a high-impact role for a finance leader who thrives in operational environments, enjoys building structure, and can help prepare a business for continued scale, investment readiness, and long-term growth.This person will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to build financial discipline, improve reporting and forecasting, and create the systems and controls needed to support expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead the day-to-day finance functionBuild and maintain robust financial controls and processesOversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planningDevelop and maintain accurate financial modelsImprove monthly reporting and management visibilitySupport audit readiness and ongoing financial complianceHelp transition and maintain GAAP/accrual accounting practicesMonitor financial performance and identify risks, trends, and opportunitiesPartner with leadership on strategic planning, growth initiatives,
