Responsabilities:

- Determine equipment quantlty and capability requirements to meet demand.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations for manufacturing equipment Develop capital Cost estimates, budgets, and investment justifications,
- Analyze customer demand forecasts and production requirements.
- Develop manufacturing capacity models for equipment, labor, and facilities.
- Calculate required machine quantities, utilization rates. cycre times, and throughput.
- Evaluate production scenanos to suppcrt business growth and strategic planning.
- Prepare AR Capital package proposal and present to management_ Issue PO to acquire equipment reguired to cover forecast production volume.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in industrial Engineering,



Manufacturing Engineering. Mechanical Engineering, or related
- Experienced in automated equipment, out of the shelf or custom Integrated solutions.
- 5 years experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering in Harness industry or related.
- Highly skilled in productivity, OEE, cycle time, tack time and efficiency concepts.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
- Written and Spoken english communication With suppliers and stakeholders.
- Cad software utilization,
