Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of chemical process engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing remote work environment.
- Oversee the design, development,
and implementation of new chemical processes and modifications to existing ones.
- Ensure all process designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines for process engineering initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth process analyses, including feasibility studies, economic evaluations, and risk assessments.
- Utilize advanced process simulation software to model and optimize plant operations.
- Collaborate with R&D;, manufacturing, and other departments to integrate new technologies and improve product quality.
- Establish and maintain best practices for process safety management (PSM), including HAZOP studies.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
- Represent the process engineering department in technical reviews and client interactions.
