About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to resolve any logistical issues.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels as they relate to inbound and outbound logistics.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, import/export laws, and company policies.




- Utilize logistics software and systems to manage shipments and generate reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in logistics operations.
- Provide excellent customer service regarding shipment status and inquiries.

Requirements

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of shipping processes, incoterms, and international trade regulations.
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
