Key Responsibilities

- Lead the digital transformation of fleet operations, identifying and implementing best-in-class technology solutions.
- Oversee the integration and management of fleet management software, telematics systems, GPS tracking, and other digital tools.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in route optimization, fuel consumption, and vehicle utilization.
- Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance driver safety, performance monitoring, and compliance with regulations.




- Manage remote teams of operations specialists and fleet coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with IT, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless system integration and functionality.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor fleet performance against targets, reporting findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data insights and technological advancements.
- Ensure data security and integrity across all digital platforms used for fleet management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in fleet management, with a strong emphasis on technology integration.
- Proven experience in managing remote teams and operations.
- In-depth knowledge of fleet management software, telematics, GPS tracking, and data analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to implement digital solutions and drive operational efficiency.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and digital platforms.
