Main objective:

Drive business growth within the assigned territory by identifying new opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's intralogistics solutions. The role is responsible for increasing market share, supporting customers with technical-commercial expertise, and ensuring sustainable sales growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the customer base and strengthen brand presence in the region.
- Establish and develop strong relationships with end users and key personnel within the assigned territory through face-to-face visits.
- Provide direct customer support by responding to inquiries and technical requests.




- Manage projects across various business units and ensure that material quotes are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Present technical concepts and provide customers with hands‑on demonstrations using specialized products.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field
- 3-5 years of experience selling automation solutions for manufacturing industries or logistic sector
- Advanced English proficiency is preferred.
- Based in Querétaro with availability to work on-site and travel as required.

- Self-starter: motivated, team-focused, and results-driven.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation:

- Base Monthly Salary of $35,000 to 38,000 MXN
- Annual Bonus up to 5 month of salary payed quarterly
- 14 days of Vacations
- 40% of Vacation Premium

- Car Allowance of $3,350 MXN monthly plus all gasoline and travel expenses covered
