Perfil buscado

A successful TA Leader LATAM should have:

- Experience leading talent acquisition processes across multiple countries or markets.
- Speak fluent Spanish, English and Portuguese.
- Have 10+ years of experience in TA.
- Ability to plan and deliver recruitment strategies aligned with business hiring needs.
- Experience managing full recruitment cycles for a range of positions.
- Knowledge of sourcing methods and candidate assessment practices.
- Ability to use recruitment data to monitor activity and guide priorities.
- Experience working closely with Human Resources and business stakeholders.
