Responsibilities The Opportunity
The main purpose of the role is to execute US portfolio services for payroll catalogue.
Your Impact
Execute payroll services for PepsiCo North America.Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirementsCapture information in payroll payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations.Monitor case reception and release ensuring SLA complianceEnsure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and deliveryResponsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issuesDeliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIsConciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation
Qualifications Who Are We Looking For?
BS Degree in a related field
English - Advanced




Desirable experience in payroll or administrative functions/ systems
Analytical skills
Action-oriented and problem solving skills
Team player and highly collaborative
Attention to detail and high organization, ability to work independently to meet deadlines
