Bluelight is a leading software consultancy seeking a Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You’ll sit between clients, the product team, and engineers—running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring what we ship solves the problem at hand.
You'll work across client builds, maintenance engagements, and internal products, playing a key role in scoping and estimation.
