About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and highly imaginative Arquitecto/a to spearhead the conceptual design phase for high-end residential projects in Toluca, State of Mexico. You will be responsible for translating client aspirations into compelling initial design concepts, developing mood boards, sketches, and preliminary 3D models that capture the essence of each unique residential vision. Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative and unique conceptual designs for high-end residential projects based on client briefs and market trends.
- Create compelling visual presentations, including sketches, renderings, mood boards, and preliminary 3D models.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences, guiding them through the initial design process.
- Research and present emerging architectural styles, materials, and technologies relevant to residential design.
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for potential residential developments.




- Work alongside project architects to ensure conceptual designs are technically feasible and align with project scope.
- Develop preliminary space planning and massing studies.
- Stay inspired by global design trends and local architectural vernacular.
- Contribute to the firm's design philosophy and innovation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual design for residential properties.
- Exceptional creative and artistic talent with a strong sense of form, space, and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).
- Excellent sketching and visualization skills.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of residential building typologies and construction methods.
- Knowledge of local design trends and context is advantageous.
