- Tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues.
- Interact with customers.
- Generate aging / statement of account reports in a timely manner (Monthly, weekly, depending on customer's and/or internal requirements).
- Identify address and action escalation accordingly to ensure prompt resolution to invoice payment issues.
- Maintain the accuracy of the information retained for customers (direct contact information, portal usage, invoice submission processes, terms, addresses, billing requirements, etc.).
- Assigned task as needed (phone calls and admin task)
