Leadout Capital is seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve Salesforce Commerce Cloud Signature customers in Mexico City. You will be a trusted advisor, maintaining relationships with customer organizations and account teams to maximize value from Salesforce investments.
You will manage Signature Success deliverables, drive renewals, and mentor customers on new features. Travel and after-hours support may be required to ensure success.
